Most rent-to-own arrangements take money from tenants upfront and profit when those tenants fail. Path to Porch is built the opposite way. There’s no upfront fee to enter. Rent stays at or below market. And you are never locked into buying the unit you rent. Instead of a check, your track record is the application — steady, on-time payments and care for your home are what carry you forward.

Along the way, we work to clear the path to ownership: coaching, financial and credit guidance, connections to local banking partners, and hands-on homeownership preparation — so that when the moment comes, you’re ready for a home of your own.
